re-sell (encore sell) for vip presale rewards

put vip presale rewards in Garnet or Lapis or crates like Shark gloves-noble gold, a lot of players want it, but if player miss the presale they never get another chance to obtain it , I think it is a good selling method to put those vip presale rewards from before into garnet/Lapis/ Crates like noble gold crate in black market so players can have another chance to get it.
