re-sell (encore sell) for vip presale rewards

put vip presale rewards in Garnet or Lapis or crates like Shark gloves-noble gold, a lot of players want it, but if player miss the presale they never get another chance to obtain it , I think it is a good selling method to put those vip presale rewards from before into garnet/Lapis/ Crates like noble gold crate in black market so players can have another chance to get it.

if anything they should get rid of the disgusting predatory system of garnet and lapis for vips... VIPS should be on presale and not in garnet or lapis... they are such a gross system its actually insane how people accept them as a good system.
