client error 31_9

i literally started this game after 2 months and always if i join in a pub / rank or even just a botlobby i got ''Client Error 31_9'' for no Reasons, i already delete the Game and installed it again but it still doesn't work? Can someone explain whats happening there? And i did a Support Ticket and asked but the answer was like ''Reinstal the game'' bro i did, did it 2 Times. 

And in Discord, i can't write cause i got banned for saying ''hii'' cool, very nice!
