Personally as a player when i see i play 1-2 ranked games and i loose points i stop play ranked for the rest of the day, obviously is useless to continue, i go play other modes ..etc.
On the subject - there was a server maintenance on 15.sept.2022 for EU Delta, EU Foxtrot, and EU South, if you still have problems then please send a support ticket ( they may ask you other info from your side if needed, as internet IP, ISP ...etc )Gamer since 1997 -

3. 90% LOADING ERROR-LOBBY YOU JOINED HAS ENDED (infinite reconnect loop unplayable state) * Critical bug

black ops 2 had the code 10 years ago if you timeout in the first 15 seconds the lobby doesnt count its not hard to do.IGN:Adrenaline -

1. Just send a support ticket for every issues you have ( attach a print screen with error you get ).
2. GM's don't own the game, are only hired to do only certain tasks, while they may have a time window to play game at work, the time is used to check reported bugs and forwarding to proper department (as devs and so on).
3. I talk about IP over internet and not your LAN IP (your IP assigned to PC on LAN network by your home router), even the IP over internet may change after a router restart (only depends on ISP settings) - will be changed on a certain range (according to ISP policy, etc), anyway if support will ask for it, is only to check if the IP is filter/blocked on server firewall.
