Pretty low actually, even if you did meet one you could report them easily using ESC>Report a player

As GC_Destiny said it is fairly low but can happen. I would recommend avoiding them if you do ever do encounter one in a game and just report them. Yes the game is old but you will find a many number of different game modes that would suit your style of gameplay choices.
