Failed to connect server

Hey everybody,
I am from Germany, yesterday I downloaded the game and when I start the game it gives me a "Failed to connect server" error. How can I fix it?
Why it is problematic to join the game?

  1. Restart router ( sometime is a jammed port )
  2. Check game to be added on antivirus AND firewall exceptions
  3. Start patcher_cf.exe as administrator.
  4. Check version.ini if have correct version:

  5. If you still have same problem then send a support ticket.
