Ranked Season V Rewards *Issues*

Hello,
So in Ranked snd I got Gold 3rd class and I got a Permanent Name Card, a Temporary Spray, a perm grenade, and a temporary weapon of my choice. I didn't get a special Season 5 killmark though has anyone else had this problem and if so is there a way to fix it?
Also isn't the spray supposed to be permanent?

Please share any ideas you can on how to fix the issue with the killmark not changing,
