Ranked Season V Rewards *Issues*

Hello,
So in Ranked snd I got Gold 3rd class and I got a Permanent Name Card, a Temporary Spray, a perm grenade, and a temporary weapon of my choice. I didn't get a special Season 5 killmark though has anyone else had this problem and if so is there a way to fix it?
Also isn't the spray supposed to be permanent?

Please share any ideas you can on how to fix the issue with the killmark not changing,

Nevermind! searched the forum alot last night and found a fix. If anyone has this issue go to this page on the forum

It gives an explanation on what you need to do to get the killmark.
