account hacked

cant change pw with email for some reason. I have been trying to get my account back for months. i recently found my old email with the info with creation date, and security question, answer. I have sent mutiple tickets regarding this, with proof it is my account. i HAVE the creation date, security question and answer, registered email, and multiple screenshots of in game play and all the transactions dating back to 2015. the only thing i dont have is the birthday, for obvious reasons. however it seems i keep getting automated messages, " you dont have enough information for confirmation" umm. what? i literally provided EVERYTHING except for the birthday? do any GMs actually read the tickets?
