It was weekend. They don't work on weekends and Holiday days.

They get hundreds and hundreds of tickets over a weekend. You will have to wait your turn, anyone who sent before you will be answered before you. Please be patient.

I changed the old Hotmail and replaced it with a new Gmail, and the email was validated ....... I wait 3 days to get a reward ... USP-Piggybank .......... and I sent several tickets ... .. I am waiting;)
