I'm not able to play RANKED ZM

In the last days i am not able to RANKED ZM because i've not a group so i'm joining alone to RANKED ZM but for 2 days i'm seeing error.

Whenever i try to join alone when group be 5/5 i'm seeing this error

Can u help me for solve this problem pls.I couldt join any zombie ranked match about this error for 2 days.

Send a ticket to support, no one here can do anything. I my self have sent a ticket about this, but haven't gotten an answer yet. I think they will probably fix it next week or so, if we are lucky.

That error appears when you play on EU Servers. You should play on NA servers.
