Could some manager PM Smilegate for THIS?

I'm a Chinese player and often play in CFQQ server. I've heard that CFW client support up to 1000hz mouse report rate, and managed to try a few games in CFW. I feel more comfortable, it's like the server performance (more tickrate?) and mouse tracking are much better than CF CN server. However, months passed, no update at CNCN. Could you help me to PM Smilegate that Chinese players are dying to have mouse polling rate support in their client, PLEASE let this support run in CFQQ(CN) server!

You came to the wrong place. This is Smilegate West, not Tencent. However bear in mind they are in fact separate companies. They have different policies for managing content.

I feel like the staff of this version don't really have much communication with Smilegate in Korea and most certainly none to Tencent. You'd be better off trying to mobilize some chinese players in cfqq to convince tencent to look into it.
Then again, in crossfire europe the server/game was broken for 2 years with heavy lags at the end of every single round and nobody gave a damn, I would keep my expectations low.
