Solution to FPS sudden drop/freeze with modern graphic cards and cpu

SOLUTION:
1. Simply go to NVIDIA control panel (right click on desktop).
2. Go to Manage 3D settings
3. Select Program Settings tab
4. Add Crossfire.exe into the list.
5. Scroll down until you see Threaded optimization, the default setting should be auto/global (which ultilize multiple cores from the CPU), set it to OFF.

Click apply and the fps drop or stuttering should be gone Crossfire is built using a very old engine that only use like 1 core of CPU to calculate basically everything. With modern CPUs that have 4-8 cores, multi-thread screws up the calculation (old engine).
