What are these moving dots and corner colors at player name-tags?

Since I started playing crossfire I saw some player name-tags that have like moving green dots from left to right or at the corners or the name-tag, I always wanted to know what are these dots and how to get them, Also what are these colors at the corner of players name-tags, They are like Blue-Green-Yellow-A bit of red, What are these colors too and how to get them?
I know this question is stupid BUT I NEED TO KNOW

The moving colors appear after you spent zp and it lasts like 24hrs maybe
as for the other thing you described i dont see what it is

No I didn't spend ZP since about 30 days and I got these moving dots at the corner of my name-tag, and these colors are name-tag colorful frames that have rainbox colors...

That dots you say appear on my name-tag when I re-roll my rings with zp idk more about that dude

You get special effect on your name-tag for
1. Buying enough name-tags so you get the achivements for them.
2. Spending ZP so you get the achivements for them

I don't know how they are supposed to look though, i have seen that mine flashes/blinks sometimes.
It's not something i look for, so they might have shown other effect too.

If you mean Ranked Match
you should first get on rank First Lieutenant 1 so play ranked match and gets this colors
