Spring Resolutions event missed items !

Ive finished the event and i didnt get my reward ( War Fan) can someone tell me why ?

I guess the rewards for the event are distributed manually so you'll probably get it when the GM's get in to office. They often get in around 8AM, which is around 2PM in my timezone.
