Perm Block? We are waiting

Hello,

many players were permanently blocked from the game for no reason. We have sent you enough support tickets and want to have a small statement on the incident here in the forum because no one reacts to our support tickets.

We just want to know if we get our accounts again. It can not be that for no reason "Hacktool has been detected" comes and the System block the Accounts.

What I do not understand that they block us for no reason from the game because there is a fault in the system.
But any hackers who obviously are hacking not ..
