Drop Fps !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is that happening like every couple of seconds or somewhat rarely every now and then? Because the game sometimes freezing for 1-2 seconds is sadly completely normal and there's nothing we can do about it, if it happens constantly every couple of seconds or so, there might actually be a problem on your end.
Your PC configuration doesn't really matter, it's probably some shaders that are being loaded into memory mid game, when drawing a certain weapon for the first time, for example. But there's also a lot of random freezes.
