i can run 2018 games on ultra
and i have drop fps in crossfire ?
this not my pc prbolem maybe cf servers problem can you fix it please ?

Disable any overlay program like Shadowplay and GeForce Experience, update your GPU drivers, turn off any game and internet boosters.
Disable all background apps, and try again.

Is that happening like every couple of seconds or somewhat rarely every now and then? Because the game sometimes freezing for 1-2 seconds is sadly completely normal and there's nothing we can do about it, if it happens constantly every couple of seconds or so, there might actually be a problem on your end.
Your PC configuration doesn't really matter, it's probably some shaders that are being loaded into memory mid game, when drawing a certain weapon for the first time, for example. But there's also a lot of random freezes.

Try maybe to reinstall the game or wait some days. Sometimes u have to wait and than it works fine ^^
u can try to make a windows update if u have one
