This hacking program (XTRAP or HGWC) banned my accoutn for permanently. It says Hack Tool Has Been Detected. After my account be non-useable.
Sorry my bad english.
Im already sending a ticket. Now i just want change ur hack scan system or control it. It is so ridicilous. Now my clanmates scaring to login game. Cuz i heard most people get ban for afking on lobby or while playing. Also they get same error "Hack tool has been detected". -.-

There are many who are wrongfully banned because of some bug. It's best to send a ticket to support.z8games.com

We are aware that some players are experiencing random errors and getting banned as a result.
Don't panic and just send a support ticket. They DO read them.
