This freaked me out
Are z8games fooling me ? I’m getting the same reply through 8 consecutive tickets regarding my lost account , I provide them with my info and I get the reply of that the info are either not on their records or incorrect !!! Well I recovered my account using the same info through the same support team I suppose a couple of years ago and they were correct. How could they be wrong now huh ? ( info like the first in game name etc ( unchangable) )This is a complete mess I need A GM to see this please !

Well, I've faced the same problem till I just lost hope. I did recover it before and now it's just saying that it doesn't match their records. Amd I don't see how am I able to provide them with the "current email address" while I'm requesting to recover it.... I could've got it automatically if I have or even know the current email address, no?
So it's really upsetting seeing how it got downhills tbh.
