This freaked me out

Are z8games fooling me ? I’m getting the same reply through 8 consecutive tickets regarding my lost account , I provide them with my info and I get the reply of that the info are either not on their records or incorrect !!! Well I recovered my account using the same info through the same support team I suppose a couple of years ago and they were correct. How could they be wrong now huh ? ( info like the first in game name etc ( unchangable) )This is a complete mess I need A GM to see this please !
