Theres already an Ak-47 and if im correct, thats what the russians use. Don't they also use a drag?

The Russians use the AK105 and AK74, the AK47 and AKM are no longer used by them, they have long been replaced. The AK101 DOES NOT see very very heavy use by Russia as it wasn't a gun built for Russia, it was built for world export which is why it uses 5.56x45mm NATO instead of 5.45x39mm (the Soviet counter to the 5.56 round and is used in the AK74). They also now use the AK103. The AK101 will be no different than the AK74, so what is the difference and what's going to make it unique in some way?

I would like 103 or 101 introduced, on the same level as xm8 or scar light. Russia needs a modern gun too I looked on wikipedia and it looks pretty cool.

thats your problem..you just want it for the looks...i mean it wouldnt be anymore powerful than the m16. it fires the same rounds. 5.56 nato. all you would get is the looks. so whats the point?

The AK-101 fails as hard as, if not, harder than the AK-74 does. Its a powered down version of the original design, fitted for SMALLER ammunition. I give this suggestion 2 thumbs down.
