More than likely it is just a hit and miss. No certain order just random items thrown at you. I've bought some and none had the same thing in them, no Kris either

Theres no way of knowing, only z8 know the chances, but there slim thats for sure, its certainly a gamble.

Yeah, can only really guess without them telling us.
I'd hazard a guess of around 1 in 2,000 (per crate) for the top items. It's oki if you want the M4A1 Custom as you can buy it for tokens if the gambling goes horribly wrong. Sucks for tarts like me who want the Kriss though
