bug about playing time and EP problem

I played the game for at least 30 hours during the event but I have not recieved any EP and couldn't finish the events because the system doesn't count my playing time. I want to receive all EPs that I deserve and I want to finish the current event. there are tons of players who have the same problem. Why doesn't anybody fix that problem? Thanks to the event and the failed system, I will finish 2017 with dissapointment.
