You can't get the M4A1-S silver and the AK-47 silver right now.
They used to be buyable through a market with bonus points, which was discontinued and replaced with the EP shop.
I've heard some people saying that the weapons are going to be put in the new Mileage shop (although those are just rumors) , so even though you can't get them right now you shouldn't lose hope

You can't get them anymore. They used to be in the we mall we had but that got removed a long time ago.

I am lucky that I got my hand on one of those weapons I got the m16a2

I know it not that good and I don't use it but I was saving to buy the m4a1 silver and the took my bp away

Did everyone forget about the time when they released both AK and M4 Silver permanently for simply logging on in 2015 to inactive users? So they gave out fair chances to get those weapons so if you don't have them then tough luck.
