Fail to download patch 09/20

Hello, as title says i fail to download the patch cause its give me everytime error on 09/20 as you can see in the picture. http://ibb.co/cqCjPF

Have you tried running CF as admin? If that doesn't work, then try to find the file called "patcher_cf" in your CrossFire folder and run it as Admin.

If all fails, you will need to reinstall the game.

hello Mr.abel i am facing a problem i redownloaded the game and i still facing failed to patch file at 9/20

If this can help also others in my clan have same error when the download going 9/20 downloaded. i tried to reinstall again but problem still not solved.

the game is updated and when i enter a game i get error 31_9 and after i enter few games and get the same error i got banned for 1 hour , my pc specs are i7 7700/16 GB RAM/ MSI GTX 1050 Ti , any solution ?

i got the same issue and they told me to reinstall the game i reinstall the gamed and now it gives me failed to download patch file

Well, first I'd try not editing any of the files to get that ammo count. 31_9 is usually a file issue. No tampering.

You get that ammo count when joining a game though, right at the beginning for about half a second, then it jumps down to your actual ammount.

this was after i updated the game today and im not the only person who have this issue , i mean why would i edit the files to get just more ammo that just doesn't make any sense lol , i'm currently redownloading the game as it was mention in another thread so..

It patches all the previous fine but it messes up on the latest update anyway I can delete that from my file and get it from someone else where the game works for them. Tried different methods to fix it but no success.

All Egypt got that 2 errors we can't play the game after the patch about 6 hours for now

It doesn't seem to patch on my computer, but on a separate computer I was able to patch it.
I then grabbed the folder 1282 inside backup and place it into my computer's CF's backup folder.
The patcher worked perfectly afterwards and I was able to log on.

Hi Guys,

This issue should be now fixed. All you need to do is uninstall the VPN and reinstall CF. Here are some steps to help you.

Control Panel -> Z8Games -> CrossFire -> Uninstall CrossFire.
Open Up My Computer.
Delete the CF directory (Program Files/Z8Games/CrossFire/).
Delete the CF directory (/Document/CrossFire/) (Make sure you backup any screenshots or replays you may have before doing this).
Disable your anti virus.
Download the newest client from our downloads site.
Install the game from the new download.
Add the entire crossfire folder to your antivirus exceptions.
Re-enable realtime protection.
Start CrossFire as Admin.

well no one edit any thing when i enter any map with any wep give that client error , with that same freaky amount of ammo and many have the same error with the same numerical amount of ammo despite no one change or edit any thing!!!

The same problem is here !!
I think your new update is full of defaults first the fail to download patch problem than this thing !!
