I think its mainly caused by those who pre ordered the deagle vip because logging in with an alt that didn't pre order did not receive this error

No, it was due to players buying ZP through Razer zVault but that should be fixed now.

I was literally purchasing the IGN change, and right after I changed my IGN I got kicked out and never be able to log back in again.

Once Support reply back to you, it should be fixed so roughly within 24-48 hours. Sometimes sooner.
