If I'm reading the statement correct, it looks like an authorization of a payment, and then a subsequent subtraction of a similar amount. Did the payment get reversed? If that's not the case, then you're just going to have to contact Support. This isn't something someone on the forums can help you with.

Also, I do not advise purchasing ZP using credit card until your first payment is resolved. Even if it means missing the Bingo event. Making sure your real life "cash" (credit card, in this case) is accounted for is more important.

Yeah, I'm not sure, I have never used credit card payment. Only PayPal and Razer. I have never had issues with those 2 payment methods. Once again, I don't recommend buying ZP again until your first issue is cleared, but for purposes of Bingo, if you really want to buy ZP, I recommend trying to buy it through either PayPal or Razer. Razer also has a cool system, where you earn zSilver (Razer currency). zSilver can then be used to redeem real stuff (Razer gaming mouse, headphones, keyboard, etc). Also, there is a 20% ZP bonus with Razer right now.
