hi there i did top up from around 6 hours and not yet zp came or gifts or anything and the event going to end bingo event and i want get the free chances befor it end so plz

I removed your credit card statement since it showed your credit card #. Please try not to post sensitive information here.

If I'm reading the statement correct, it looks like an authorization of a payment, and then a subsequent subtraction of a similar amount. Did the payment get reversed? If that's not the case, then you're just going to have to contact Support. This isn't something someone on the forums can help you with.

Also, I do not advise purchasing ZP using credit card until your first payment is resolved. Even if it means missing the Bingo event. Making sure your real life "cash" (credit card, in this case) is accounted for is more important.

well ty for info but its first time for me here topping up with it so thats why used my credit as its safe forum i didnt know that theres problem using it just wierd all this delay anyway i will send ticket and see but well i didnt recieve msg or anything just money have been taken from my master card !! so im waiting to see and i will send a ticket

Yeah, I'm not sure, I have never used credit card payment. Only PayPal and Razer. I have never had issues with those 2 payment methods. Once again, I don't recommend buying ZP again until your first issue is cleared, but for purposes of Bingo, if you really want to buy ZP, I recommend trying to buy it through either PayPal or Razer. Razer also has a cool system, where you earn zSilver (Razer currency). zSilver can then be used to redeem real stuff (Razer gaming mouse, headphones, keyboard, etc). Also, there is a 20% ZP bonus with Razer right now.

hi wei i cant find razer top up option at game when i click at recharge i get by mobile credit card rixty etc but no razer option there !!
