I did not receive my zp

I sent a ticket yesterday regarding this but the ticket has disappeared and I have no reply. So what happend was i bought a rixty card and i redeemed it and i refreshed and there was no zp and i tried redeeming again and it said sorry card already used up and i didn't receive my 20k zp

Tickets dont disappear without reply. Please check your ticket history and make sure its sent to the Payments/Purchase/Refund section for any missing ZP.

The people who deal with those tickets do not browse the forums. Please be patient as there are many people who also send tickets. Also, do not post multiple times like you have been or I will have to start infracting you.
