VIP refund

Hello , I have a question . 3 day ago I bought a Shovel BB (VIP) but after that I change my mind , I don't want it anymore , instead of it I want Trinity so I sent a support ticket immediate , but 3 till now I didn't get a reply from z8 game yet . Can I still get a refund ?

And I never ask for a refund before

I think you're only allowed to switch it to another VIP within 48 hours, that being said explain to them your situation tomorrow since they aren't in the office on weekends that you sent a ticket on (Thursday?) but no one replied and as a result you missed the 48 hour deadline. Not speaking from experience but that's what a friend told me while back.

You won't get a reply if you sent the ticket over the weekend. The request would have to have been sent in the first 48 hours .
You should hear back Monday.

You can sent the support and then they will replay you but you should send them the time and the day which you Bought this VIP

Can I get a refund for my AK-47 Iron beast I don't want it anymore because it's very annoying to use, I would like to change my VIP gun please.

Did you buy it recently? If no, you can't. If you bought it in the last 48 hours, you might have a chance apparently.
