Is this enough?

If I remember the reporting rules correclty it isn't.
They only accept the replays saved from the in game system(.cfr files), because with any other recording system you could "forge" and edit the video.
If you have the cfr file then yes, exploiting a glitch is a bannable offence and you should send it via the hacking report system.
If not, you could wait until a mod or a gm sees this thread and they can tell you if it's enough, but without the cfr file your chances are slim.
