There are only some people experience this issue (from certain regions I think). I saw people disconnecting all the time yesterday but I had no problem at all.

Those 10 wins shouldn't take a long time if you play 40-kill games, and you will be playing for MP anyway. So, its a good event actually.

As swesub1 said, not everyone get those errors.
I had the same issue for 2 hours only yesterday. The rest of the time it was fine for me. Although I still see a lot of players that get them. Not sure what's wrong, but maybe you could try this:
1- Turn your router off, wait 10-30 second then turn it back on.
2- After turning it back on click Windows key + R then type ipconfig /release and click OK.
You won't have internet access after this step, but the next step should restore it. Also, you should wait 10-30 seconds before doing the next one.
3- Open that window again and type ipconfig /renew then OK
4- Type in ipconfig then OK
P.S yes there is a space between "ipconfig" and "/"
