Some1 Help me with this.

Good evening.

I know this does not belong on the forums, but i dont see the help coming from the support team that i need.

The case is, i quit playing this game somewhere mid 2014.
I wanted to log onto my account, but i found out that some parts of my information have been changed.

I was filling in correct information, but not the exact account creation date- come on, i made this account in 2011 would you still know the date`?

I gave various other information to verify that i am the account owner- List of Old IGN, emails, passwords.
I even gave transaction ID's from more than a year ago, combined with the phonenumber that i was using.



Tbh, it feels like these "bots" are spitting out the same exact awnser everytime, and dont work with any other information than they are looking for.
i was really happy to see how this game changed to the good while i was gone, but now i cant enjoy it cuz my beloved account is gone.

Would really appreciate it if a Human could help me out with this instead of copy/paste awnsers.
