Perm Blocked Bug

I have been seeing issues regarding to people getting disconnected and then be perm banned, please check into this. maybe it has to do something with the new hacking system they have recently put in? i myself has sent tickets about this but im pretty sure its a bug if like 10+ people are having the same problem

If you or someone you know has this issue, please send a ticket from the account with the block and it will be looked into thoroughly.

I have sent multiple tickets, but I and pretty sure many others have been getting the same moderated messages over and over, i post on forum so that hopefully they can read into this problem and actually check instead of sending the same messages all the time. There is innocent people getting perm blocked and yet the admins seem to never really check into it, I understand that they probably have 100's of tickets sent in everyday, but why is it every time i write a ticket i would get the same exact message regarding to the last one? do they even read it?. i would have proof that the player is innocent and very reasonable explanations but yet again i always get the same message over and over.

I have been sent so many tickets to support about this. But no one believed us and my account still stands with its block. I posted one more new ticket, I hope this time you would take care of it, I trust you. All I want is you to remove my block that given me for nothing. I really want to go back into this game, I spent 5 years with this account and 1000 dollars at least. Thank you for your sincere

This is similar to my ban. Here is the proof the players get banned innocently and my account is still unblocked sind 20 days

I received a DC error when I entered my account on February 20, 2017. When I login for the second time, I see that your account is permanently blocked on my screen. Even if I send a ticket to the authorities about the subject, I was passed by automatic reply. Can you help Kanadian solve this problem? For the first time in my seven-year game account, I received a permanent blocking warning, is not it strange to you?

We will look into these claims, but the forums are not the place to voice them. The ticket system is. I will also add that no, receiving a permanent block for your first time does not seem strange to me. Nothing seems strange to me after spending enough time here :P

mee too ! i never used hacks or something in this game and i got disconect in clanwar and blocked! and now my acc is gone unfairly banned ! i am so sad

I have a long time friend of 5 years and a clan mate. He would never hack and will always report a hacker in game. We were talking and he logged out of his account and back in . Perm Bann . He sent multiple tickets but still not unbanned. Thanks for checking GM Kanadian AKA MY favorite gm because of that james harden beard

This happened to one my friends too. He has been playing the game for years and he is a legit e8 player. He was disconnected of the game and permanently banned for no reason. I believe GM's should look into this problem as sending tickets is not resolving the issue because they send the same automated responses every time. Please, check into it as it could affect more people.

I got d/c while playing FFA, then I got banned after that, I sent so many tickets explained but it doesn't help at all. All the tickets said that I use cheats, I been playing CF since 2010.

My friend also has been perm blocked after he disconnected, he sent multiple tickets and proof that he dont hack but yet the admins still didnt do anything.

my acount is last week blocked
without a reason
I do not use Illegal programas
and this is not only happened to me
As you can see it there are more than one complaint about this "perm banned '

and this is because you complimentary hack (virus) programa 'XINCODE'`

Please look into this issue? all these people getting perm blocked nearly at the same time doesn't seem odd to you?. And yes im pretty sure all these players have sent tickets but would receive the same automated message like always, that is why we are on forum so we can get this bug issue resolved.

My friend has also been perm blocked after getting disconnected, he has been playing since 2010 and still has the honorable badge after all these years of play. we both sent multiple tickets regarding to this issue and also provided proof of his innocence, but we would always get the same message back. And im starting to wonder do they really read these tickets? they always send the same one over and over.

well i trade acc with friend and i get ban
i know that i dident use hacks for him before when he played on that acc im not sure
problem is because i dont have NA acc now

We expect an explanation.Why are our accounts unfairly blocked ? We can not solve this problem with tickets.We expect a clarification or solution.

That's because trading accounts is illegal.

And let me re-iterate what Kanadian said - If you have an issue with a ban, then you need to submit a support ticket. Nothing can be done on the forums.
