It's now low? It's normal plus you have the chance to get up to 2 other VIPS with a serious discount price. Cost me 235k ZP. For 3 VIP that is a win win..

It costs 100k if you do not already have a VIP weapon, but only costs 90k if you already own a VIP weapon.

If you pre-ordered it with other VIP weapons, and you didn't own any VIP weapons before, when you go back to the page, it will cost only 90k, because you now own VIP weapons.
