I just found out today that I had collected all dog-tags yesterday and forgot to click redeem to get the XM8-spring. Today I got the letter "S" and now all the old dog-tags are gone and there is only "S" in my collection. Also, the XM8-spring hasn't been added for another 90 days to my inventory. Anyway to get the gun extended or those dog-tags are gone?

P.S. I think they should change the reward for dog-tags. A gun for 90 days just sucks in my opinion because you can get all dog-tags like at least 2 times in 90 days and that gun will be almost like permanent. The crates were better since I'm sure more than half of people don't even use this gun...At least you could get GP with crates..

If you collected all the letters and you get another letter, they're not supposed to disappear, check your storage again, if it isn't there, request a ticket. Click here.

I dont think that dogtags could disapear just like that.
even you did reedemed or it could be possibly be a bug.Did you tryed rellog?If yes then send support ticket about lost dogtags.But i'm sure that Dogtags cant disappear just just like that.I didn't encountered before that kind of problem in my lifetime.

I relogged. Checked.

I have XM8-Spring only for 63 days. This is from the previous dog-tags.

And where you check your dog-tags, there is only "S".

I guess I will send a ticket later. Thanks for help.

It could be a bug. Just restart Crossfire again and if it's the same then send a support ticket.

Happened to me too at the 3rd day this month but not only the dog tags reseted also the monthly mission. But i didn't finished my dog tags one day before, i held them for 2 months or so cuz i hate the xm8-spring. But since i hate the xm8-spring i don't have a big problem with it. (already have 5 of the 9 dog tags again)

Maybe it's just a picture bug. Can't you press "Exchange" ?
If not, do as the rest say, if it still presists, go send a support ticket

Message support.

Support is really nice. A few days ago I asked them why I hadn't received my 5000 GP after getting the 10 Ribbons ribbon, and they fixed it in like 2 hours.

Any idea when they'll change the Dog Tag reward again, and if they do, can you keep your Dog Tags to use toward the next reward?

The dog tags can change anytime, and if you didn't exchange your tags and a new reward is out, you will still have your tags.
