I Spent $100 and got banned but i didnt Hack please help

i bought vip barrett obsidian beast and i got banned i really liked the game i wouldnt hack or do anything to get banned please fix this problem because it is not fair at all i am a customer like everyone else but i got banned for some reason.
Help Please!!

Follow this:

Open the following link: http://support.z8games.com/us/index.php?/Default/Tickets/Submit/Index
Go to "CrossFire Support" on the dropdown menu.
Go to "Account Suspension" on the dropdown menu.
Explain your situation.
Upload any screenshots that you may have to back up your points.
Click on "Submit" when you finished.

I'm so mad. I actually was planning to stay on crossfire for at least 2 more years there is not a lot of games i consider fun but if you z8 won't help then i will understand.

i got it the ticket sent but i dont think it was in time because it said working hours are from 9am to 6pm
