hello buds, quick question

I came back to play after long time, and i cannot login, i cannot retrieve my account, i know my username and email, and reseted the password etc but, no luck cannot login... i was searching for something like forgot ID,thing (incase i forgoted the id wich i didnt) but there is not an option, i already posted a ticket from this account but.. wanted to ask if anyone had this bad experience. thank you!
