hello buds, quick question

I came back to play after long time, and i cannot login, i cannot retrieve my account, i know my username and email, and reseted the password etc but, no luck cannot login... i was searching for something like forgot ID,thing (incase i forgoted the id wich i didnt) but there is not an option, i already posted a ticket from this account but.. wanted to ask if anyone had this bad experience. thank you!

If you sent a ticket about your account (assuming you got all the correct info on the ticket) they'll be able to help you recover it.

Yes i did yesterday, i included the email of the account, and the ID i remembered, but even if the id is wrong, isnt email password, first and last name enough, i guess theyll fix it. other thing i noticed with this new account when i log in it says the game is not for my region, years ago i played without problem...
