What's your thoughts on smoke (noob) nades and flash bangs?

I mainly use smoke to screw up snipers so I agree that the names being visible in smoke needs to be fixed, and you should have to pass an IQ test to use flashbangs...I've lost track of how many times I've been killed because of a team mate throwing a flash in my direction at the worst possible moment.
