ONLY two other chances are possible :

1. ONLY if you get a temporary ban - wait to expire ( when you swear or using bad words , not sure about glitch - if is temporary or permanent )
2. OR if you get block for chargeback - pay the money you are in debt to z8 and will get your account unblock

FOR OTHER REASON LIKE:
- shared account
- using hacks
THE BAN WILL REMAIN PERMANENT - FOREVER !
