My Account has been blocked permanently

I want anyone help me , GMs put a block on my account for not any reason .
i will tell you guys what happend for me , when i log in the crossfire and enter the channel then room and start the room and finished it and when i finished the room and clicked " Back " to back to the channel , the game suddenly stopped and i couldn't click at any icon , the game stopped perfectly and i waited for 10 minute and It has remained the same so i shut down the PC from the hardware to reopen the game and when i log in the game i found that " My Account has been blocked permanently " and when i asked GMs he told me that i played by Hack / Bad Program and i didn't play by hack in this account before ? and i tried to recover him for 10 times and GMs didn't recover it ?
Can anyone here help me ?

We can't help you here. Send a support ticket and ask them for the reason.

just go over to support and send them a ticket asking them for a reason of why your account is blocked.
nothing we can do here for you because none of us have access to private account information

As previously stated we cannot help you here. Account issues need to be taken up through the support centre.
