Missing ep and support ignoring requests

Support has basically ignored all my tickets about the headshot event and reduced ep. I played straight and fair during the event but I still got the ep reduced. Support is giving me a copy and paste answer and just ignoring my requests. I don't know what I am supposed to do anymore... Support just ignores me and I am here without my ep. Can a mod here help me or am I supposed to just give up? 4 support tickets later I am at the start point still. This feels like it is pointless but I can't accept that I got punished for something I haven't done.
