Event bug?????

I was playing FFA SNIPER Only match with my friends room has 6 players and everyone get at least 1 kill too also we have played at least 1 min. today iv checked event tracker and it only shows me Iv completed 14 games only wt.f?? and my friends they all get 20 games . only me 14 games? im sure that I have obey the event rule cuz I was playing with my friend in one room. if they get 20 games and im not . this is so weird help please?

If you are 100% sure that you played 20 games with each game meeting the right requirement then you can send in a Support Ticket. This way, they can double check the data and see if it is correct.

i sent ticket and it shows me i will recieve answer if gm reply in mail box or support center. problem is i dont use that email for long time and it cant be recoverd. so what if i get the answer from gm, where i can find ? support center? where is it? sorry guys im new on forum, i dont really know how forum works, so if one of you can tell me where it is i really appreciate that
