M14, I'm not sure. But the M14 EBR Red Crystal was for a short period of time, I believe it was 1 ZP for 7 days.

M14 is a bad@$$ carbine that has virtually nothing special about it other then that it's firing rate when autotoggled(Macro) is insane with no-to-little-recoil as it is a high fire-rate semi-auto. It was (Or is) a ZP crate gun.
I do also believe Dupree is correct and M14-EBR-Red Crystal was 1ZP for a temporary period

actually if you go to CFES you can buy the M14 on item shop for 36,000 GP and is better than an M4 that costs 40k why dont put the M14 at the item shop for the same price 36k GP (is my favorite gun on crossfire ES)

The M14 is an event reward, the Red Crystal was handed out temporary for 1ZP. Neither can be bought no more.

My fovorite gun is the EBR the normal one I use it for 4 years I was one of the first Players who get it from the zp Creates

I have the gold one too but iI use the standard Black edition the recail and Spray is better .. If u have som qustions about it i can help you in the game also
