Friends account hacked then banned ( need GM help )

Asking for assistance from GM's

Today, my friend got her account hacked along with the current email used (no clue how) in the account.
The hacker supossively gave it back only to login with the quote " Account is permanently blocked "
Is there any possible ways to require and get my friends account unbanned?
She might possibly be able to provide Transation ID's (if thats any help) from the ZP's that have been purchased on that account.

Seeking GM help ASAP.
