Xtrap Some functions of the operating system are not working properly due to external

Hey! I bought a new computer and installed crossfire but when i tried to start it Xtrap comes up and says: some functions of the operating system are not working properly due to external program.

I've tried to change my antivirus and turn it off and that but it doesn't work.
I've also played Crossfire when i were using that antivirus and it worked so i don't think its the anti-virus.

Please help!

Out of curiosity, what antivirus are you using? Have you tried reinstalling while the antivirus is disabled?

Got Norton with my computer but uninstalled it because i thought it could be the problem and i installed AVG that i know is working.

You're going to want to put crossfire on your antivirusses exceptions, follow this thread though it might be a bit outdated it should help.

My bad I didn't read through your post clearly. Did you allow crossfire through your firewall? Also make sure to close any unnecessary background problems while you're playing.
