Xtrap error

Hey guys,
I have downloaded Crossfire NA but i can't access to the game since this xtrap show up: "Code field 02-0300-00000000-608 Some functions of the operating system are not working properly due to external program. Please, close any program which is affecting game client"

my compter is window 10 and i already disable antivirus

i already reinstall the game but it doenst work too.

Help me please ((((
