Xtrap error

Hey guys,
I have downloaded Crossfire NA but i can't access to the game since this xtrap show up: "Code field 02-0300-00000000-608 Some functions of the operating system are not working properly due to external program. Please, close any program which is affecting game client"

my compter is window 10 and i already disable antivirus

i already reinstall the game but it doenst work too.

Help me please ((((

Have you tried to close down any programs running in the background? Close as many programs as you can e.g. some examples could be Raptr, PlayVideo, Razor.
